Our Creative Journey
Cutout animation is a easy way to learn how to animate! Our goal is to host workshops that teach self-expression and narrative storytelling through this special medium of animation. Our hope is that children can learn about their hidden potential to be creatives and communciators and make friends along the way.

Sean Tsai
Writer, Illustrator, Curriculum Designer
Sean Tsai is a Saint Paul based artist and author / illustrator of a published children's book.
His cultural background and personal understanding of disability plays a large role in his work, bringing compassion to those who have been in traumatic situations.
He loves to hear stories from every age, and in his free time, he enjoys cooking, photography, and hiking.
Ms. Chen
TOLIB Director of Education
Ms. Chen continues her work as the director of engagement at Taiwan Online Library, a position she has held for more than 10 years, helping educate and enrich a generation of youth around the Twin Cities.
She is passionate about bringing Taiwanese culture, artistry, and warmth to those that she meets. She enjoys writing, interviewing others, and drawing.
